How do I return an item?

Returns Policy

At R Creations Inc. we stand behind the quality of our products and offer customers:

The opportunity to return purchases made within 30 days of their order being delivered provided conditions below***

To cancel product free of charge within 72 hours of the order purchase.

After 72 hours we will allow an additional 11 days to cancel but at that time will be subject to a handling fee.

Note regarding handling fee: Production period runs separately for each item ordered and handling fee for cancellations will be determined by order type and where order is in production stage. Handling fees will start at $50 but not exceed $300. Order types range from standard template to custom tailored within the scope of options provided on store website.

***We offer you this policy to allow enough time to consider your purchase as well as to give you the peace of mind that your choice of product meets your requirements and expectations.

Should you decide to return your item within 30 days we will issue you a full refund, provided:

· It is returned no later than 30 days after the delivery date

· It is unworn and without any damage

· All stones and metal are all in original unused condition

· It is returned with all accompanying documents and materials

While we do offer all clients free shipping when delivering your order, we will require you to cover the shipping charge when returning a product.

To exercise the right to cancel or return, you must inform us of your decision by making a clear statement (e.g. by calling our office or sending an email) prior to the above stated expiration time period to create a record of that statement. The easiest way to do this is to contact our Customer Services team by emailing us at: r_creations_settings@msn.com with information including name, receipt number, payment method, reason for cancellation or return, and product number(s) related to your purchase or calling us to inform us at 312-422-0147.

All of our jewelry is made to order and in the majority of cases is covered by this returns policy.

We are required to inform you that under The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you have a legal right to cancel your order (the contract between you and us) within 14 days of delivery unless the product is a custom order/ bespoke order.

For that reason, regarding special uniquely custom orders, your customer service representative may inform you through your correspondence on either email or phone consultation, prior to placing your order, that your specific type of custom designed order is not returnable and the return of ANY OTHER items with diamonds or gemstones over the value of $5,000 is subject to approval.

The Return Process

Upon receiving your returned item in its original condition, the diamond will be weighed and checked against its corresponding grading certificate and our quality assurance experts will evaluate the jewelry piece. If you are returning the products to us because they are faulty, we will refund the price of the purchase in full and any applicable delivery charges for non-customized items. Returns for any other reason may have a diminished value due to damage to the product deducted from the refunded amount.

As a consumer, you have legal rights in relation to products that are faulty or not as described. These legal rights are not affected by this returns policy or the terms and conditions of sale.

Your refund will then be processed in the following 4 to 5 days and be paid using the original method of payment. This may take up to 14 days from receipt of the jewelry, depending on your location/payment method.


How to Prepare a Return

The following three-step process must be adhered to in order to successfully return an item to R Creations Inc. and receive a refund:

· Initiate your return: Call or email a customer service representative at: r_creations_settings@msn.com

stating you would like to make a return as well as providing information including your name, order reference number, payment method, any reason for return, and product number(s) related to your purchase. They will instruct you on an appropriate shipping address.

· Packaging your return: Please include all the original packaging and additional materials – make sure you include your diamond grading certificate as replacing this certificate is costly and we therefore charge customers a $250 fee should a replacement be necessary. For security reasons, avoid writing, “diamonds” or R Creations Inc. anywhere on the outside of the box.

· Insuring and Shipping Your Package: Depending on the value of your order (printed on your invoice), choose one of the following ‘insurance procedures’ to ensure the return is insured prior to our receiving the item: In all cases request both a tracking number and receipt and forward these to your point of contact at R Creations Inc.

v Orders should be returned with FedEx, ensuring that the option to appropriately insure the item for the value of your order is selected.

Shipping your return using the provider above and insuring your product will be required for a successful return. If the return instructions are not followed, R Creations Inc. will not accept responsibility for any loss or damage to returned shipments. R Creations Inc. withholds the right to refuse returns that are improperly packaged.
